Bookings

How do I make a booking?


You can browse our locations on our booking page over here. Once on the booking page, select your location location and bedroom size. Then enter your check-in and check-out dates to book.




When will I be charged?


The credit card provided will be charged within 24 hours of making the booking. If the card is declined, the reservation may be cancelled so please make sure the credit card number is correct.




What is your Cancellation & Modification Policy?


Bookings can be cancelled or modified free of charge until 14 days before arrival. Bookings will be charged the total price if cancelled or modified within the 14 days before arrival.




Is Parking available?


Underground building parking is available in select buildings. Parking can be booked during making the booking or by emailing us after the booking is made. Parking reservations need to be made in advance of your arrival because we have to provide an access key.




What is your Pre-Arrival requirements?


We want to make the entire process as smooth as possible. For all reservations, we require a credit card authorization form along with a copy of an ID before your arrival. These documents will be emailed to you when a booking made.




What are the fees on my booking?


Over the nightly rate, there is sales tax and a cleaning fee, which is for cleaning after your check-out.




What is your deposit policy?


We normally do not charged a security deposit prior to the stay, but we do need to keep an authorization on the credit card on file in case of incidentals. In the event the space is a damaged, or our house rules violated, we will charge the amount owed to the credit card on file.




How can I pay?


We accept credit cards from Visa, Mastercard, and American Express.





General

Check-in and Check-out times


Check-in time is 3pm - 10pm. Check-out is till 11am. If there is no other guest checking in or out of your suite, we may be able to accommodate an earlier or later time. Just let us know what hour you prefer, and we’ll do our very best.




Are fitness facilies provided in the building?


Some buildings have a gym while some don't. Please contact us in advance.




Do you have a kitchen if I want to cook?


Yes, our suites have a full kitchen, ready to cook. Includes:

  • Stove, Oven, Fridge, Dishwasher and Microwave
  • Kettle
  • Toaster
  • Kitchen utensils
  • Dinnerware, Bowls, Glasses
  • Cookware set
  • Dish towels
  • Other kitchen essentials




Do you provide bathroom toiletries?


We provide an initial set of soap, shampoo, lotion and body wash, which will last a few days.




Do you provide cleaning?


Cleaning is provided after your check-out so you do not need to clean before your leave., Extra cleaning during your stay can be provided at an extra fee. Please email us.




Luggage Storage


Luggage storage is not possible at the building, unfortunately due to storage space and liability issues. Bagsaway.ca offers convenient luggage storage, pickup and drop off services. +1-844-647-2247.




What are your house rules?


We ask that our guests respect the space by never smoking, including on balconies and terraces. No parties allowed, which includes no excessive noise at anytime. Quiet hours are from 9pm to 9am. Please be respectful of your neighbours.




What to expect on arrival and how do I get my keys?


We will email you the key pickup and full check-in instructions 2 days before the check-in date. Please make sure your email is correct. If you have any questions or concerns, please email us at into@atlassuites.com or call us at 1.800.419.6070. Keys will be easily accessible either on site or slightly off site. Some locations may require a small walk to get the keys from a different location. It would not be more than 1 block.




Do you provide fresh towels, linen or daily housepeeking?


We provide fresh towels and linen upon your arrival. We do not provide daily housekeeping service, however extra set of towels and linens are provided in your suite. We also provide 2-3 cycles of laundry detergent for the in-suite laundry machine.




Do you provide additional beds?


While most of our suite have a pull out couch in the living room, we do not provide extra beds. This is due to maximum occupancy requirements and other regulations.
